Netflix’s Tudum reveals that Pulse is a high-stakes medical drama following a team of dedicated doctors navigating intense challenges. The series features Jessie T. Usher as Sam Elijah, a third-year emergency medicine resident Chelsea Muirhead as surgical intern Sophie Chan Justina Machado as Natalie Cruz, the head of surgery and emergency medicine; and Néstor Carbonell as veteran surgeon Ruben Soriano.

The story takes a dramatic turn when a secret romance between resident Danny and Chief Resident Phillips is exposed, leading to Danny’s unexpected promotion and Phillips’ suspension. As tensions rise, a powerful hurricane strikes, forcing Miami’s busiest Level 1 trauma center into full lockdown.

The entire first season of Pulse will be available to stream starting April 3.
